SL2 and dual monitors

Hey i am having some problems with Cubase SL2 and my new dual monitor set up(computer monitor not nearfield). The problem is that i can't move plugin windows or VSTi windows to the second creen. All i can move is the transport bar.
I'm using a nvidia geforce fx5700le if that helps

Anyone have any ideas
