Can someone with a good ear download the song 'Wasted Time' from Skid Row and tell me what you think they are doing to get that phenomenal intro guitar sound. How do you get that sparkly and full sound? Compression? Layering? Special preamp, etc.
Obviously nobody is going to know the exact eqipment, but please take a shot, and see if you can help me get that exact sound or extremely close. Can that be done with 'project studio' level equipment?
