I got a sony vaio desktop pc with a digi 002 over a month ago.. I am just realizing that the chipset on my motherboard is an sis chipset instead of an intel, which is apparently incompatible with protools..the technical support doesnt want to troubleshoot because of the incompatibility issue.. is anyone using a vaio + digidesign combination.. is it really the issue.. ? I really would appreciate if anyone can help me out on this.. .
