You should very well know that this question in not answerable. There is NO best microphone for vocals or anything else for that matter. I hope you're just trying to be funny.

There's no answer. What's the best car? A Ferrari? A Lamborghini? What if you had to drive off road, neither would be worth a darn.

That doesn't work either. Opinion is implied. It's application that makes the question un-answerable as asked, and if you narrow it down to best vocal microphone for studio recording, you still can't have a single answer for every voice and style. Further complicating the answer is the rest of the signal chain, and the room.

Teleunken u47. I took into conseideration value for money, and I decided it's worth it.
 
Of the mics I have if I could only keep one it would be the SM7.
