Ok here's what I came up with, I literally made a list of all the points you guys made and did my best to address each problem, for whats its worth I do think its better although, I may have once again cranked the drums a tad too much?

The drums are not too loud. That's about right. I think you could EQ the snare a little better but it's not too bad. Overall this is a better mix. A little light in the bottom and midrangey, but not too bad. The vocal treatment is still a mess to me though. It sounds like she's in a fishbowl or you used some Ozzy vocal setting. Get rid of all that stuff. Let her voice be clean. Give it a little delay and even less reverb.

I think I need to use some reference tracks with female vocals to help me along, I know what your saying though.

Like the song. Catchy tune....

Would like to hear some more snap in the snare... also maybe thicken the vocals up in the chorus...just my opinion.
