I'm having some trouble getting this to post, let's try again:

My reverb effect sometimes disappears on me. I'll play the song and the track in question, which has reverb applied, will have no reverb. Then I'll stop it and play again and it will work properly.

Also, when I mixed down to a single wav file recently (and also converted to a lower sampling frequency), the reverb didn't work for the first several seconds and then kicked in.

Does anyone know what the problem might be??

Dude I'm having a similar problem where a particular track will just stop playing at a certain point during mixdown. It's very frustrating...I have to keep mixing down until I get a good one.

How taxed is your system? Is your CPU usage going over 70%?

Slack, I don't think that's it, but I'm not sure. How can I tell whether I'm exceeding 70%?

One thing that worked was that I mixed down the single track in question without the reverb, and then it worked fine. But I don't know; it really wasn't overloaded to begin with.

To tell your CPU usage . . .

A really easy way is to put the "Resource Meter" in your startup folder on your start menu. It's originally in the "system tools" folder. It's just a little meter that sits in your system tray next to your clock and you can hover over it to see how much of your resources are being sucked up. Beware, however that it is a program like any other and will eat up resources of its own (although I truly don't think that it's enough to even notice.)

--Tax :D

What version of n-Track are you using? I have a CPU indicator in the bottom left hand corner. It only appears when CPU usage starts to rise...maybe above 20% or so. Otherwise it just displays the sampling frequency. Using 2.2.1.
