Shure SM58 & Delta 1010LT

I just ordered a Shure SM58, and I was planning on ordering a Delta 1010LT also. My question is:

The Delta 1010LT comes with XLR Microphone inputs with pre amps. Do XLR cables work with a Shure SM58 or do you have to have a condenser mic to use XLR cables?

Basically, I just want to know if the SM58 will record in good quality with the Delta.

yes, XLR cable for the sm58 is fine...

the quality of the sm58 into the 1010lt's preamps SHOULD give you good quality...i should say "is capable of" giving you good quality...whether it does or not may be dependent on your recording skills......
