Point me in the right direction!
I just want to gather all the information I can before
I take the plunge. I'd like to see some good card round-up/review type things. So if you've seen any insightful reviews .... share 'em please

Just remember that very few would have the time to compile a side by side comparison of all sound cards available. That would be a tremendous amount of work, and the person doing it probably wouldn't get a dime for his efforts.

There are other sites that have comparisons, but of only a handful of cards.

Really, you should be posting a question like "I am looking for a soundcard, what should I buy" on this BBS. Not like it hasn't been asked at least 20 times in the last three months or something....:)

You can use the search function on this site too to find threads on soundcards.

Good luck. And remember, Buy cheap, buy twice.
