Should they have called them Painboards instead of Mainboards

I want to get the right mainboard for the a new soundcard that Mars is selling. Other than having the ability to handle the card(a slot!) are there any suggestions. I am running a PII 400mhz with 128 meg of sdram. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Stick with a BX chipset and you'll be golden. Just about anything from Abit or Asus is great.

Check out the ASUS CUBX as well, ATA/66 controller, fc-pga only, no convertor cards necessary.
