Shortcut to discard & start over?

So often I'm wanting to delete the track I started and start (at least that track, sometimes the entire session) over.

The only shortcut I've found is:
1. Select track w/mouse (in approp. selection mode)
2. SHFT-BACKSPACE, YES (discard), and NO (don't save wav)
(If my memory serves me correctly)

Is there a quicker way? Surely this can't easily be done w/a TransPort or RedRover, w/o going back to the mouse/keyboard can it? They look like they'd be wonderful toys to add to the equipment.

[Change of POETS]

I use the Hybrid selection tool in AA, I just right click and destroy clip. Pretty simple.

I don't have a Transport or RedRover though, so it's probably not going to help you.
