Useless Thoughts
i havent been recording too long (a year oR so) but i thought id toss out a great tip to beginners and well anyone. im sure this is known but SHOP AROUND. it can save you a bundle.
i was looking for some drum mics, i have an sm57 for snare but thats about it. i decided to go for something cheap as it is my first drum mic package and im newer to drum micing though i know how to do it fairly well (not bragging just took some classes that taught me well).
i picked up the cad pro 7 piece drum mic kit that cost around 200$ from most sources. i paid 105$ after shipping.
anyone needing a set of drum mics to have around should check it out and not miss this deal. heres the amazon link: (it shows 107$ but if you look at the new it says new from 98$)
