CCM Tacks...
They were on sale a week ago, as were the bauer's, but the bauer's were more for a narrow footed person. I haven't skated in over two years, but lemme tell ya I've been getting my 100$ worth out of these babies...I'm probably gonna go out later tonight actually.
As far as the parts well, I was looking for one of those caustic comments from someone, like, "why didn't you look it up beforehand dumbass"...because really, in my excitement with all this new stuff I thought it would be funny to post that

, sorry for playing the boy who cried wolf.
Actually it is a big assed manual for the motherboard, but the guys I bought everything from were nice enough to install the CPU, heatsink and fan, as well as the RAM, not too mention test basic things...(what those tests are I have no clue, except I wouldn't have known to done them).
Here is a list of what I do have...;
ASUS A7N8X deluxe mobo
Athlon xp 1800 + w/thermalright SLK-800 heatsink w/panaflo med flow fan...
2x256 mb pc2700 DDR ram (crucial)
ATX Supercase...(cheapo special, and a real bitch to put that one leg in so far its taken me half an hour it still isnt in...I may spread it open yet...)
Enermax 350 w whisper dual fan w/ fan control...(Man with all these fancy fans it better be quiet!!!)
1 floppy drive (yea i guess i needed one)
1 cdrom cannibalized from my roomates compaq...its a compaq rom
1 cdrw cannibalized from my roomates compaq...this one is a Philips.
other stuff keyboard mouse...
still need a monitor, cannibalizing my own for that for now double duty style.
So far I have been real careful and I am actually reading the manual

. Oddly enough I had a static band kickin around I am using.
So I'm just gonna put all the pieces in and fire it up...well thats the idea so far without further reading. I will read more and find out if thats best or not. If anyone has any helpful tips on this project of mine itd be greatly appreciated. If not, sorry for wasting valuable server space
PS I also picked up a brand new OS...XP Pro, and will be chuckin in
a m-audio delta 66.
Ok im done hehe
