Settings for PCI128???

Does anyone use a PCI128 oem?
I just reformated, optimized etc...
I just can't seem to find the right settings to prevent occassional pops.
I'm about to try my old AWE32 but I'd have to mess up my clean instal. Any advice?

Maybe, like some cards, it works better recording at 48K?

goodrat, what is the pci128? The pops could come from a number of things. Luckly I dont have that problem (only every other problem!) I use a D44 sound card which is pretty stable. dv
