Setting up Audiophile24,96 with CubaseVST5

Just installed my new Audiophile24/96 card, but dont really have much of a clue on setting it with my Cubase. Is there anywhere i can download or look at a step by step instruction for this?...............Also, when taking out my old card Soundblaster Live, i noticed i had on the actual card TAD, CD-IN and Aux-IN. The cd in had a wire attatched going to one of my cd roms. My new card doesn't have this, is it anything to worry about? When installing my new card i just left the wire as it was.

I got the same sound cards, and I finally made the 24/96 run, but my software is Cubase SX (I hope the SCard configuration options are similar) . Please let me know in which level you are and I will be glad of helping you. Do you hear sounds or not even that?.
