I'm hoping someone here can help.

I recently purchased a IPS33B harmonizer off eBay and am trying to set the MIDI mapping to work within my rack but I can't seem to get it to work.

Currently I have:

ADA 3TM preamp>IPS33B>Rocktron Xpression>ADA Microcab using an ADA MC-1 foot controller

I've got the Xpression and 3TM working great together, bank 1 goes to the appropriate patch on both, bank2 bank 3, etc (you get the jist)

Does anyone have one of these IPS units in their rack that they use with other gear and MIDI mapping?

I've read the manual till I can't see straight and either I'm retarded or I have ADD because I can't figure the damn thing out. :(

Please help

i remember having one of those. i wish i could help maybe call digitech.. .

Was thinking that and then I was wondering if they still do tech support for a discontinued model? :(

I'll give it a go and see what they say

Not exactly sure what you're trying to achieve here...control the digi with the floor pedal?

You need to look up the midi change control and system exclusive commands from the midi implementation section of the digitech manual... then program these in to the floor pedal to transmit on the same midi channel as the digittech.

If you're trying to control the unit from your PC I'd recomend using MidiQuest from Sound quest. I think you can download a demo from their web site.

yeah, I wanted to control both the Digi and the Xpression with my foot controller. After some careful reading I got it to finally work correctly.

Thanks for the tip on MidiQuest :)
