any1 know how to seperate tracks in a continuous mix without interupption?

Back up there hombre!!! Explain a little better what you want to do so we may help you!
Tracks can mean a couple different things in recording.
Seperate songs in a compilation of songs.
Or:
Seperate tracks of instruments for a song.
The "continuous recording" part makes me suspect that you have a long recording that needs to be broken down to seperate songs within it, but that it runs continuously when burned to a CD, or something similar to that.
Help us out here with more detail, or forever wonder why nobody responded!
