Hi, Just wondering if any one has ever pulled a 421 apart as mine are in need of a bit of panelbeating...Cheers
 
Step 1. Remove the nametag (inside the mic clip slide). You'll see a screw which holds the back end on. Remove the screw.

Step 2. Remove the back end assembly of the mic.

Step 3. Inside the body (possible covered with a dab of silicone glue) is a 7mm nut.

Step 4. Remove the 7mm nut and the whole mic will come apart.

Step 5. Fix the screen and reassemble in reverse order.
