Selling Music CDs (what do I need) (is it legal?)
Hey.... I'm putting together a little Demo Type CD. I 'm looking to sell each for around $5.

I'm teaching myself about the music business, but cant seem to find any info on selling music.
- I was wondering, If I sell it, if its legal.
- Do I need Publishing/License/etc.

If you've written the songs and there are no samples, what you're doing is perfectly ok.

If you're using material that belongs to others though, you'll need to pay a royalty to keep legal.
