So I took you guys advice and programmed the drum machine, re-recorded guitars bass and drums. It still needs a little work, but I tought I would see what you guys think

Proggy,
Much more real guitar shining through.
The bass needs a little lift - perhaps tweak some EQ in the highs mids.
Now it sounds like it means to go somewhere.
The drums - well they're prog'd I know, need to push the tempo a little - can you quantize sections just a tiny bit or speed up the verse an insy wincy bit?
Much better take.
I look forward to hearing the final version.

The guitars where recorded the same way, funny I think the mix is what makes them sound a little different. Also I tried the song a bit faster, but then the lyrics seem rushed. Maybe I can find an even tempo
