Sill question, probably, but if a digital recorder has an SCSI capability, does that mean that I'll be able to burn my own CDs from that recorder straight (leaving out mastering questions etc)?

But please note that it doesn't leave out mastering...
It's just that you can record the mix directly to a CD, right? It's a bloody good idea, but you still need to mix, and master and all that stuff. It just removes some digital-to-analog-to-digital-again conversion, which is nice!
