Anybody here know of any problems running AA with a SB audigy card?

Nope...
Just make sure the Audigy card is in "Audio Creation" mode or it will add a bunch of effects and stuff that you probably don't want. Even then, you still need to check the settings and make sure it's not adding reverb, or anything to it.
