saving mixdowns, getting loud hiss at the beginning

anyone else experience this? it happens whether i save mixdown as a wav or mp3.

the loud noise at the beginning of "6am"

any ideas how to get it to not do that? i have cep2.0

yeah i know, i haven't really done anything with the vocals other than quickverb because i plan on redoing/rewriting them. actually, eventually i'm going to redo most everything when i get a better mixer with better a/d conversion.

but this noise at the beginning is weird. i can get around it by opening the mp3 itself in cep and cutting out the noise that it adds and resaving it but it's kind of annoying to have to do that, you know?

I sometimes get a loud pop at the beginning of mixdowns that have non-Audition plugins running in live time in Multitrack. Just edit out the sound in Edit View after you've mixed down and before you save.

And to prevent it happening in the first place, I've stopped using the plugins and now use Audition's tools. No loud pop at the beginning of mixdowns anymore.
