"save target as" does not work anylonger on IE

I want to download mp3 backing tracks so I can play over them but when I right click on the link, the "save target as" option is not highlighted/enabled.

I always used to be able to right click and save the target but for some reason it stopped working a few months ago.

I have Windows 98.

Any thoughts or suggestions???

You have probably upgraded or have changed the setting in you Internet options in the security section where it says allow downloads yes/no.

Or you could have a internet security program installed or firewall.

I tried looking but I didn't find any thing that changed this problem.

I went into "security" > "advanced settings" > then played around with a few things.

--any specifics to mention?

I'm using version 6, with udates sp1, 9313829; Q328970; Q324929

I'm using AOL and Windows 98.

p.s. I'm not sure if AOL uses IE; does it?
