i just got Samplitude V8 SE since it's pretty cheap and i'd like to upgrade to Samp Pro in the future. so far the program is great, but for some reason when i try to run Drumkit From Hell Superior it comes out sounding rather funny.
i was previously running DFHS on Cubase LE, and had no issues with it. but when i run it thru Samplitude, it sounds like something has gone terribly wrong with the panning. the kick drum is panned hard left, and the snare sounds "phasey" and has sort of a stereo delay sound to it. and some of the cymbals are barely audible. i've tried fiddling around with some of the settings but can't seem to get it to play the same way it does when i use it in Cubase.
in samplitude, when i go to "Out" on a track and select MIDI, and then the Drummer plugin from DFHS, it brings up a screen that asks to select from:
now i've tried using different configurations from here to get it to work, but i still get the same strange sounds. also, it seems to take much longer for DFHS to load the samples. i don't really know what other settings to mess with to try and get it to sound good, since it sounded good in Cubase without me having to modify anything. if anyone can give me some pointers here, i would really appreaciate it. thanks!

- All instrument outputs to one track
- Create new tracks (with options under here listed as Stereo or Mono, and a couple check boxes that say Assign MIDI Output to VSTi and Hide Audio Output Channels)
