Hi,

I'm looking for a soft sampler in the vein of Reason's NNXT, Kontakt, Sampletank, that automatically timestretches the sample to normalize tempo at different pitches. So if I loaded a 10 second long wav file, it would be 10 seconds long no matter what pitch I played it at. Every sampler I've demoed doesn't have this option, when you play a sample at different pitches it naturally slows it down or speeds it up.

I am running Pro Tools on a PC so something compatible would be nice.

First of all, remapping a sample to different pitches generally sucks, and I never do it. The samples I use are sampled at every note, each note in several velocities, and several articulations.
Now if I was going to make a sample set from a single, or just a few samples, I'd use a wave editor first (Samplitude in my case) to do the time independant pitch changes, outputting a wave file for each note, and then pull the resulting files into the sample editor. In other words, use the right tools for the job, don't try driving nails with a screwdriver.
Good luck. :)
