I recorded my 11 year old daughter playing her violin the other night. I was experomenting with a room space processor I've been building. It gives a nice room reverb.

If you can ignore her moving her chair and my wife opening the door and coming into the garage------Studio you might find this interesting.

The chain is: Modded Oktava MK319, Tascam M312, Sonic Enhancer (under test), Tascam BR20.

From the BR20 I piped it into a Tascam CDRW5000 and from there I let Windows rip it to this wma file.

Regards Ethan

:D  :D

Which one is with the room space processor, Japanese Garden or Bach Partita No. 3?

Playin' for a year, eh? That would be from last April 1st to this April 1st. Fast learner. ;) :)

Nice room simulator, but, you have to be easier on your daughter. If you keep pushing her she will look at you as a Murry Wilson type. She's not bad though for an 11 year old. ;)

I must say I very much enjoyed the sound clip. It sounded nice and lush, very natural, as far as audio sonics are concerned.....

The beginning was interesting and entertaining but I hadn't expected the rather superb and professional violin concerto to follow! WOW!! 11 years old and only 1 year? WOWEEE!! That's damn good. :)

Q: "Why are you putting your bow on my mixer?"
A: "It's not a mixer.."

HA! A classic!!:D

That's a very talented daughter you've got there, Ethan. :)

Been wasting the last 2 days on some hacker who thinks it is fun to use other peoples systems.... I need a cattle prod and a ticket to Brazil.

Regards.
