Yes i have a qustion regarding samle rate AGAIN.

Does anybody know what the change is in bpm goes when you up sample 44k to 48k? The difference in pitch?
 
Dividing 48,000 into 44,100 you come out with a factor of 1.0884353741496598639455782312925.

If you're going the other way (from 48kHz to 44.1kHz) use a multiplier of .91875

I learned to do long division in 4th grade --- didn't you?

It doesn't land on a note for a correctly tuned instrument.
a half step / one note up would be (in round numbers) right at 47.75 so your looking at a little more than a half step. You would have to tune to any existing tracks manualy (if that's what you're getting at??
