Sample Rate

i have something ask when i start Cubasesx up and load a song in i always get a message that says "sample rate has changed to 44100HZ,and the if i play the song it sounds a little different,then when i close the song and re open it its fine,and when i open another song thats all good to it seems to only happen when i start cubase up then when i open the song it comes up and when i close the song and restart it its fine intill i shut done and restart cubase any hits on this one ,

It could be several things. Check to see if your soundcard has it's sample rate locked at 44.1. You also have to be careful when setting your project's settings. You may have the project defaulting at 48.0 and you are importing files set to 44.1 and not converting them during the import process.

Again, this could be several things. If you outline what soundcard you have and the projects default sample rate and the sample rate of the files you are importing we could possibly help you a little more.
