i see everyone posting beats and tracks and uh... i'd like to get some feedback on mine... but is there a safe way to do it? like not get them stolen for example

Even disabling downloads still makes you susceptible to people using your tracks without permission. They can just record the streaming audio with a Stream Recorder. It obviously won't be the highest quality, but it's still usable.
Here's a thread from The Womb on a similar subject:
First, they will not become famous off your beat unless they are already signed to a major record label. If that was the case the label would definitely pay you what it was worth. They would not release it without an agreement with you. The liability and credibility is just not worth risking to them.
Second, the absolute most that could happen is they score a recording deal with a demo that had your track on it. So what!!!! That actually improves your worth as you could all day advertise that.
Third, a artist will only steal it if you don’t offer it to them. If you offer it out and just ask for credit then guess what? You got credit. More than likely the artist would not take you with them when/if they ever got signed and if they wanted to use you they would be told no by the label. Period end of story. The label would not use you as its executive producer. Radio play is determined by who produced the track and you are unknown. Record labels can’t sell records without radio, so you lose either way.
I didn't agree with this ideology at first, but it's growing on me and it does make a lot of sense.

And another thing, you never really know who's in these forums. The forum is titled Homerecording.com, but there are plenty of Industry Professionals with a lot of connections in these things. Some big record exec may listen to your stuff and PM you asking you to give them a call to discuss some real business. It happens.

You could copyright and waste $30 and months for your forms to clear. But what is that protecting you from? Hell, what is it protecting major artists from?
The only place a copyright would even come into play would be a case where a major release contained your work without your permission. That would never happen with the exception of a major hip-hop producer using a loop or sample from something of yours (which is highly unlikely).
Bottom line, unknown producers should be concerned with getting people to use their tracks not preventing them from doing so.

But if you are sending your material off in package form to major labels and A$R's, etc. What the copyright does is protect you from,, lets say,, mr A&R listens to your tune and while he is listening to it a artist on the Label is sitting in his office. the A&R throws it on the floor and the artists picks it up. The artist thinks you have a catchy hook, etc. Then he turns right around and uses it. He may even change it a little. Then you hear it on the radio. It happens more than people think.

nothing is safe on the net..if they want to get it they will get it..its not hard to get any music off the net...but just like stray said dont be consern from people taking your track let them listen so they will come to u to use your track...
beleive me if they wanted it that bad they would take it flip it and the rest will be history..and u have to realize it alot of people that could do your whole song over their way..cause their talented that way...just my .02
