I've studied my Aark 24/96 and I can say it works excellent now..I had a little problems cause I used to work in Live where everything was a little easier..But, now I do "get along" with my card and I know better it's functions..

I wanted to ask..cause this is a card with a small latency..
Can I run a (VST or DX) plugin realtime?

How can I reduce the latency so I can use a plugin realtime?

Let say, I want to record a vocal and I effect the channel with some auto-tune plugin..Is there a possibility to run the plugin realtime while the singer sings it's part? or some other effects?

I've tried to setup in my Audio - system setup in the Cubase and I've set monitoring to "Tape type" and with a smallest buffers I achieved this but with a latency..Can I somehow reduce it's latency so It can be realtime?

With Cubase make sure you are using the latest version of Aards asio drivers, on thier web page... and if you want real time, you might wanna wait for their WDM drivers to come out (sometimes in June supposedly) and give Cakewalks Sonar a try, which supports WDM drivers and directX 8, which allows you to automate all your effects parameters.

Ok..
Thanx for your help tubedude..

Tell me, is Cubase suporting WDM drivers?
