Routing itunes through audio interface

OK, so here is something that has me stumped. Is there a way to rout Windows Media player and/or iTunes through my Tascam US-122L USB audio interface? By the way my OS is Vista.

Thanks a bunch for any help that you can provide!
 
In XP you would do it by going to the control panel, going to "Sounds and Audio Devices" and selecting the Tascam as the default audio device.

In Vista they have the same thing but when I do that I get no sound. Maybe I need to reboot after selecting the TASCAM as the default device???
