Just had a simple question on the length of round cables...how long is long enough? I have a full tower with my DVDROM and CDRW stacked on top of each other at the top of the tower. I want to switch to slaving the CDRW and DVDROM to my OS Drive and Audio Drive, respectively. Should I get 18" or 24" cables?

I apologize for not looking myself...but I don't want to take out my computer from the closet, take off all the cables, and open my case to check for the length. Thanks.

I have 2 HD's and 2 CD drives. I used the 18" cables. I had to move some things around a little to get em situated in the right stack order, but it worked out fine. I dont think its so much the cable length as the gap between the first and second connect is the same. Its the length between the motherboard and first connect thats different.
