Room help!

I have a room in my house that I would like to build out as a live room. It's 11x12 with 8 foot ceilings. Are these dimensions bad for acoustics? If so, would acoustic panels really do me much good or should I just look for a better room. Thanks!

What other rooms do you to choose between? It is a small room so you are likely to need a fair amount of trapping but it can be done. What instruments will you be tracking?

I have one room that is 9x15 with 8' ceilings with odd shape
I also have one more room that is 11x13.6 With 7' ceilings and a line of 8' in the middle of the room:/

Also, what is trapping?

"Live room" implies large. What you have is an iso booth.
