Roland VS880 Digital Work Station

Have acquired a Roland VS880 digital work station. Have already Power Macintosh G3 (beige) and Iomega Zip (100MB disks only).

Roland has various outputs (Scsi, digital, midi and phono outs). Zip has scsi only, G3 has 1 scsi out going to Zip drive and various other holes.

How can I dump digital information from Roland either via Mac onto Zip? Any ideas? All help gratefully received.
