has anyone ever got a authentic "brushes" sound with a td12 kit.I got some (not cheap) nylon brushes and to be honest they sound crap.Im thinking of trying some wire brushes,but thought I'd ask you guys first.

It'll sound the same. And anyway, wire brushes get stuck in the mesh

Yes I have,

But you don't get it with actual brushes. lol

Plug it into a VST kit and load up a brush kit. Use sticks in all instances.

I have no idea why you would even want to use brushes on an ekit.
