I'm looking into samplers, the 808 looks like the one I'm going to buy.
There's only one aspect at this point I don't fully understand, the spec's say it has a Analog Synth I'm assuming this works by inputing a midi controller/keybaord to the midi in then playing but would it work off sounds on the roland, the keybaord, or sound you use samples then play them at different tones?
Or if this is totally wrong please explain how an analog synth on the 808 would work.
It would be really appreciated.
