roland ma-8 or ma-12c...anyone used 'em?

has anyone used the ma-8 or ma-12c monitors? as far as a budget monitoring goes, which one of these do a better job? anyone used either?

Judging by the review of Roland's higher-end monitor, it looks like Roland should just stop making monitors. You should be able to find something better for your money, though it appears that the 12c would be the better of the two, based on the roughly $200 difference in price.
