Rode NT1000 mic

Anybody had experience with the Rode NT1000? Good, bad, or ??

It was my first LD condenser. It's sparkly clean sounding. Nice "air", very smooth. Might be a little crisp for some voices. Very nice on acoustic guitar. No pad or bass roll-off though. I grab my NTK first now, but the NT 1000 is still one of my favorites.

That's good to hear, since I just bought one...but since I'm rebuilding my computer after a bad fire in the engine room, I haven't recorded with it yet. I got it to contrast with my AT 4033, which is very warm but a bit much for multiple harmony vocals.
