Rode NT1 and AKG c3000 on sale....

I'm gonna buy a mic used first and foremost for vocals, but it will also be used for any and everything else.
Musicians Friend has the Rode NT1 on sale for $199, and the AKG C3000 on sale for $199. What would you afficianados recommend?
