rode microphones

I have been using the rode nt2 for almost six months now and have been extremely happy with it. It works great from vocals to overheads. My question is what is the difference between the nt2, ntv, ntk, and the nt1000? The retailers at my local guitar center haven't been able to give me any explanation. can someone help?

the website gives all of the specs, but sometimes the specs aren't enough. I was hoping for some feedback of people who had used all of these microphones...
