Rode and Blue and Shure Condenser Microphones

I'm looking for a nice condenser microphone in the $200 - $250 range. I already have a nice dynamic nailed down, so now I want to look at condensers.

The three I'm considering the most are a Rode NT1A, a Blue Spark (XLR), and a Shure PG42 (XLR).

The use is for voice-overs only. No singing, no instruments, just voice-overs.

Can anyone comment on these three microphones? Or does anyone have any other recommendations they can add? Thanks!

personally I recommend the Rode NT2-A is something you should consider. Also the SE electronics X1 is good, you might want to check them out even though they aren't on your list.

I welcome all suggestions as long as they're condensers and within the price range I specified. The NT2A is a little steep at $400 but I'll definitely check out the SE Electronics mic as it appears to be $200. Thanks for commenting :).
