Yes, there is a way. You best bet is to read your manual. Make it a practice to at least read it front to back once, this way you can quickly get to the general area you want more info on. Sorry for the speech. I am not at home currently so I can't answer your question easily.
There's also a little thing in the back of the book, called an index. Or, in the Help system, you can even search for all occurances of a term like "reverse." How cool is that?
Anyway, enough pricky comments: the answer is simple enough.
Select the audio you want to process.
Select Audio->Reverse from the Process menu.
