Requesting comments on a metal mix before I start adding vocals

The bass is a bit hot - even through my cheapo speakers. But that said the rest of the tune sounds good. The phase/chorus? on the guitar really fattens it up. The leads are unique and different. Nice sound to drums. Make sure you post the final version with vocals once they're done. :)
 
BIG GUITARS!!! What did you tune to on this? I also dig that phaser guitar in there, it's adds a hypnotic element to the tune.
 
Listening on my pc speakers I find it hard to offer any real constructive criticism. The guitars fill out the track nicely, the bass on my pc speakers was a tad maybe forward in the mix!!!!.

The drums sounded fine.

Overall a very well tracked, and produced tune!

I like it! Well Done! :)
 
nice guitar. the drums have a lil too much reverb for my likings but i realize some metal is like that
 
Agreed that bass is too hot, Completely maxing out my speakers on some of the lower stuff. We're all really wondering about how you got the fat guitars, And I'm very eager to know. I'd maybe like to hear the bass drum a tiny bit more, but actually I think its a spacing problem between bass drum and bass and I think that if you just take down the bass level a good about that will be fixed. Good mix I've got to say.
