i dont remember that as being particularly hard... shit load a screws in the bottom of the unit... some hold the bottom on the others hold the keydeck to the bottom... i generally prefered to take the keydeck out with the bottom but you can leave the deck in and still accomplish this...is this an 88key weighted action or the light weight one??? be careful of the wiring as you separate the two... often the wiring harness is taped to the bottom so it doesn't flop around when in transit ...
BTW if ya search for it there's a thread a couple of months old where someone asked about another kurz with key problems and IIRC it was pretty indepth... pictures and everything...
