Repartitioning Hard Drives

I have a friend who wishes to repartition his hard drive from 3 virtual drives to 1. I know I can use Fdisk to do this and reformat the drive, but I believe there are programs that will allow you to do this without destroying the data on the drive.

Can someone recommend a program to do this - free is good , but, if not, that's OK, he's willing to pay for it.

I've used Powerquest's PartitionMagic on servers and workstations. Not free, but the only one I'd trust.

Thats the ticket. Works great and has other stuff on it too for your hard drives I think.
