Removing a "pop"?

Hello,
I have a song that I had recorded awhile back, its just a short little track, but anyways there is a pop noise about halfway through it, is there anyway to remove it?

Yes - there are "declick" and noise removal plug-ins that can work quite well on transient noise.

Provided you are using software you can go to the sample edit window and stretch out the waveform and find the pop...highlight it and delete it. Usually you wont notice a glitch in the audio if done right.

Yep. Edit the wave form.

Most editors (like Soundforge) have many tools to do this. Heck, there's a pencil tool that'll allow you to draw it out.
