If you've only got a few, zoom in on the pop, slice it on either side, and ramp the volume slightly on either side. Depending on where the pop falls, you can get away with it. If it's on a long note and it sticks out like a sore thumb, you can try slicing just after the pop, then on the next open space, and slide it over. This is difficult to get though, and it usually takes a few tries.
I've personally never had any luck using any automatic pop-remover plugins. IMO, if you have a ton of them, just bite the bullet and have the singer re-do the vocals. It'll end up taking less time and sound better in the end.
