Hello,

When i record multiple tracks in a session, i get a re-record of the tracks in the one thats currently being recorded.
If i have a recorded track, then if i record another one, that first track is somehow recorded aswell.

Is there any way i could turn that off?!

Thank you.

Take a look at the Sticky note at the top of this forum. Your answer is probably there

theres a red rec. button in each track section. just make sure both the track you previously recorded on isnt lit when the other red rec button in the track that you wanted to record on is lit (or lighter red/glowing/w.e).

basically is you only want to record on one track dont have two tracks set on record)

edit: woops, uhh, forgot about the sticky. i guess the question wasnt as stupid as i thought......

selecting the record track for the previously recorded track would just record over that track anyway...not mix them down into one track. His answer should be in the sticky posted above...

Thank you for replying,

I do that thought...what i ment is..
say i have a multitrack session..i just recorded guitar 1, then click the next track, unlclick record on the first one, click record on the next one, and press the red dot for recording. What happens is the first track somehow records into the second one.

Thank you again

Serge

Sorry about that :o
Should have read the sticky post

Thanks
