Recording Through a Line6 Flextone's Direct Out

Has anyone tried using the Direct Out in a 60W Flextone straight to a soundcard? I looks to me like its a line level preamp and a POD in combination...

I would imagine you could use it for vocals, with the built in compression selector, as well as for guitar.

That should work fine.

Just don't put your vocals through the speaker, if you do it too often it will tear it apart.... trust me
