I would like to record speech on an ibook at decent quality (i.e., better
than telephone quality). There are several USB microphones on the
market at between $50 and $100 (Plantronics, for instance) but I
have no idea about their quality and I can't find detailed specs
The next choice I found is the Roland UA-30 analog-to-USB and
USB-to-analog converter, together with a decent microphone
and headphones. The converter costs $200, the headphones $20,
the microphone I have no idea.
Do I have other choices? What should I get?
Thank you
